ARRL DXCC and Awards Manager Bill Moore, NC1L, was seriously injured in a single-car accident on the afternoon of Thursday, July 3. Moore suffered a broken neck and other injuries and is paralyzed from the chest down. He is stable and recuperating at Mount Sinai Rehab Hospital in Hartford.

There is no timetable for his return to work at ARRL Headquarters. DXCC and awards questions that would normally be handled by Moore should be sent to one of the e-mail addresses listed on the DXCC Contacts web page.
