| I received an update PageSuite today (15 March 2019): "Apologies for the delay in getting this resolved, we thank you for your patience, soon as this is up and running fully we will let you know." | I've requested to go back to receiving the print edition. The iPad app has been poor at best with very infrequent updates. It has not worked at all in the last 2+ weeks. I cannot download any issues and it has lost all of my previously downloaded issues. |

| Same problem here since updating to iOS 12.1.4 on my iPad. I contacted PageSuite on 13 February. I received a response on 14 February and on 21 February. Both responses were similar: "Apologies for the delay in getting this fixed, we are working with apple in order to get a new version released to resolve this issue. Soon as it has been resolved we will let you know." |
