Chagos Is. on DDXCC?

I worked VQ9JC on Diego Garcia (Chagos Is.) and do not find it specifically listed for DDXCC. It was administered by Seychelles in 1937. At that time, Seychelles used the VQ9 prefix. Also, I assume HK0NA on Malpelo Is. can be used for Columbia. I appreciate any guidance on this. Tnx & 73, Mike N2NW |

I've worked VQ9JC and HK0NA--my interpretation of the rules is that they don't count for anything--they don't really represent any country back in 1937. |
