I recently placed an order with Walmart, but it hasn’t arrived even though the delivery date has passed. I’m curious how other customers manage such delays and what steps they take to escalate the issue with Walmart’s support team. |

I had a frustrating experience with walmart recently. I ordered groceries online, but when the delivery arrived, half the items were missing. It took several calls to get a partial refund, but I still had to go out and buy what was missing. I expected better service, considering how often I shop with them. |
