I know not everyone logs their calls. It would be nice if the ones that did would confirm with the other person. I have made over 1000 contacts. Over 600 on lotw and I still have not received a confirmation For half of them. What's the use of logging calls and the awards. The awards are supposed to be an insensitive to operate. With no one confirming. Why bother. Ok maybe this has been complained about before. I apologize if it has. My rant is over. Jeff de kf5tex |

Some hams just want to talk. I don't expect a high LoTW QSL rate for voice contacts. But, I do find the QSL rate to be very high for FT8 digital contacts. Contesters are also very good at uploading to LoTW. My LoTW confirmation rate is 74.00% Zak W1VT ARRL Senior Lab Engineer |
