TM-D710 reboots using MCP-2A

After having configured MCP-2A, I connect it to my Kenwood TM-D710 prior to turning the transceiver on. Then I turn it on and click on program/write data to transceiver. It begins writing as evidenced by % completed. When it hits 99%, the TM-D710 reboots and returns to default. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. TomK |
