| I'm 100% in favor of restoring the Rag Chewers Award! I never did earn one in my 22 years in the hobby although I've earned most of the others. I think the RCC Award was a good entry level award to bring interest in chasing awards for new hams who have just gotten into the hobby. I never knew ARRL issued an Elmer Award Certificates until I received one in 2012 and then another a couple of years later. I just wonder if there are any others I have never heard of? | ||
