Is Great Value Vacations' customer service improving?

I booked a trip to Italy through Great Value Vacations. The booking process was straightforward, and the itinerary looked promising. However, a week before departure, I noticed that some of the hotel details were missing from my travel documents. I contacted their customer service, and after a bit of a wait, they provided the missing information. Curious about others' experiences, I read some greatvaluevacations reviews. It seems that while many have had negative encounters in the past, there are also recent positive stories like mine. Perhaps they're making efforts to improve. |
