Radio for satellites

Hello, I was considering purchasing a Kenwood TM-V71A for VHF/UHF operations. I love working the FM satellites (OK, only worked SO-50 so far, but soon will be on AO-85). Anyhow, I am using 2 radios today and wondered if the V71A will allow reception on UHF when I'm transmitting on VHF so I can hear my signal off the satellite. The documentation I found on this radio implies that this would work fine, but I wanted to verify. Thanks, Bernie NG9Z |
