Description:

The Radio Society of Tucson is an ARRL Special Service Club and a STEM education club that promotes all aspects of Amateur Radio. Club members conduct two Scouting America radio merit badge classes, two Technician classes, and one Technician to General classes each year.  Popular events are Radio Days in the Park held three times a month, plus three or four on-the-air special events with 1X1 call signs.  Mentoring of new members is a priority within the Radio Society of Tucson.

RST conducts two major hamfests each year

Each monthly meeting includes a presentation of interest to amateur raddio operators.
